“We made optimizations based on the Far Harbor beta feedback, but understand some people are experiencing issues.”
Bethesda debuted its Far Harbor DLC for Fallout 4 last week, and some players have experienced serious performance issues.
The developer is assuring players it’s “actively working” on more improvements. Bethesda reportedly “made optimizations” based on Far Harbor beta feedback, though some are still experiencing issues. Bethesda has not commented on which issues it’s working to fix.
Fallout 4’s Far Harbor DLC is the largest landmass Bethesda has ever added to a game. It takes players to the coast of Maine, where high levels of radiation created a rugged and aggressive habitat. Along with the DLC’s main storyline, Far Harbor added new faction quests, settlements, creatures, and dungeons.
